I’ve been to Thailand and Vietnam, and this spot felt like I went back to Asia! I was blown away by the flavors and the intentionality behind each dish. From the appetizers to the mains, everything was perfect! Zero complaints. The meat delicious. The noodles amazing. If you want something to be cooked with extra spice, they’ll do it. If you want something less spicy, they’ll do it. Peem and Beer made our date night unforgettable with their smiles and stories about Thailand, their home. Beer even let us try some milk tea that we didn’t order because he knew our dish had some spice. With so many Thai restaurants in the area, we’re so glad we chose this spot. It was truly a lovely experience!

We were greeted with a warm smile upon arriving. As we were taken to our seats, the atmosphere was excellent. Our server, Som, was very very nice and attentive. The food was amazing! I had the Pad See Ew. They were sweet enough to offer us a small dessert because it was a couple's anniversary. (Mango and Green Tea Ice Cream) Highly recommended!

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was truly impressed. The staff were lovely, friendly, and provided excellent service—especially Eddy, who was incredibly attentive to customers. I ordered the pho with short rib and the spare ribs—both dishes were generous in portion, flavorful, and absolutely worth it. The pho was aromatic and the meat was incredibly tender. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The food and waitress are very nice!! I got Pad Thai and Pork Chop came with rice and it was just 20 of each. This is authentic Thai restaurant and it tastes REAL Thai. Highly recommend for foreigner and Thai people

Beer was our server and he was very very warm and welcoming to us ! It was out first time there at OBAO Midtown, and now that I have tried the food here, I will come back from Portland, Maine to NYC just for the noodles, and to hang out with Beer and the gang here! The music and ambiance is relaxing, calming, and the food is the best Thai dishes I've ever tried. I highly recommend the drunken noodles and chicken pho ! They were so high quality, I want to come back for every occasion!!! Best Thai food in NYC !

We were so glad we tried this place. Staff is friendly, cocktails are perfected, and I cannot express how fresh and great each dish tasted. It was crazy how they are able to enhance the flavors. I wish I had an order of the kimchi fries right now.

Really nice pan-Asian restaurant. Calamari, eggplant tofu, and crab fried rice were huge hits. Dumplings were good too. Just a really fab meal!!! Great price, 20-30 pp. Nice location. Collection of speciality cocktails. Service was slow on a Friday night despite being pretty empty. Otherwise no complaints, solid selection!

I think this is a really, really nice place with all the authentic Thai food. Also, beer is our server. He is really really nice. He also offered us a homemade Thai tea. Also, recommend us more restaurants in New York restaurants give me a hospitable vibe, Every everyone has smiles on their face. I would definitely come back again. Also, even we ordered the lunch special. The shrimps are huge I mean huge they are even don’t think the cost is covered by the special price. Also, they taste fantastic and also this pork rib is also really really nice. I think you should definitely try
